Peel and grate the cassava
Place it in a pot with the milk, coconut milk, ginger, and salt
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
Reduce heat and continue stirring for 10 minutes more
Remove from heat and let cool

Arrange layers of the cream and fruit on serving dishes, alternating between the two
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving
