1 cup of rice

Wash and rinse the rice thoroughly
Cook it in a large pot with 2 cups of water, covered, until it's cooked and almost dry
When the rice is almost done, add the milk and cook it uncovered, stirring occasionally, until it forms a creamy texture
Beat the eggs and sugar in a blender until they're smooth and light, like a whipped cream
Add the rice to the mixture and stir it with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish or individual cups
Dust with cinnamon
You can also add a citrus peel, such as orange or lemon, or a pinch of nutmeg during cooking.
