1 orange peel with skin
2 cups (scant) of sugar
1/2 cup (scant) of oil
1/2 cup (scant) of water

3 cups (scant) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

100g of shredded coconut

Cut the orange into cubes and remove seeds
Blend in a blender the orange peel, sugar, oil, water, and eggs
Transfer to a bowl and add wheat flour and active dry yeast
Mix well
Place in greased and floured mold
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes
After baking, let cool and unmold
Glaze
Heat sugar and water over low heat until syrupy
Add shredded coconut and remove from heat
Drizzle the cake with glaze and decorate as desired.
