1 cup of butter, softened

2 and 1/2 cups of milk

Heat the heavy cream over low heat until it caramelizes
Add the boiling water, a little at a time, stirring constantly
Spread the caramel sauce evenly on the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Reserve
Massa:
Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a mixer, beat the butter, heavy cream, and eggs until well combined
Add the flour, baking powder, and milk, mixing until smooth
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
Pudding:
Beat in a blender or food processor the sweetened condensed milk, milk, cocoa powder, and eggs until well combined
Slowly pour the pudding mixture over the cake and bake in a water bath
The dessert is done when a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let it cool and refrigerate
Remove from pan with care and serve.
