The dough:
1 cup of butter
1 cup of peeled and ground almonds
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
2 cups of all-purpose flour sifted
The filling:
4 cups of ricotta
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/3 cup of melted butter
3 egg yolks
2/3 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of cognac
1/2 cup of ground almonds
1/2 cup of raisins
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
The dough:

To make the dough, beat the butter, add the almonds, sugar, eggs, and flour
Mix very well
Roll it out as thin as possible and place in a baking dish
For the filling, pass the ricotta through a sieve
Add the sour cream, melted butter, and egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well
Add the sugar and beat well
Add the cognac and continue beating
Add the ground almonds and raisins
Finally, add the stiffly beaten egg whites and mix well
Decorate with strips of dough
Bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
