In a saucepan, combine the milk and dissolve the cornstarch
Add the sugar, stir well
Using a fine grater, grate the colorful peel of one orange and set aside
With a sharp knife, carefully peel the other orange, keeping the peel intact but removing any white parts to prevent bitterness
Join the orange peel to the milk in the saucepan
Bring to medium heat and let simmer, stirring constantly until it reaches a creamy consistency
Turn off the heat, remove the orange peel and discard
Pour the cream into a large bowl or individual cups as desired
Carefully peel both oranges used, removing all white parts
With a sharp knife, cut thin slices of orange in the direction of their length and set aside
Garnish the cream with these sliceless peels and seeds-free
Sprinkle the grated orange peel evenly over the surface of the dessert
