Preheat the oven to 400°F
Beat the sugar and butter together until light and fluffy, then add the eggs and mix well
Add the flour, yeast, and salt, alternating with the coconut milk, beating until smooth
Pour the batter into a greased tube pan or Bundt pan, and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
