Squeeze the lemon juice over the mango (cut into small pieces) to prevent browning
Beat the whole eggs, common sugar, and heavy cream in a stand mixer and reserve
Beat the remaining ingredients together
Grease a cake pan with a hole in the middle and divide it between the two mixtures
Place the cake pan in a preheated oven
When it browns, it's a sign that the cake is ready
It smells very good.
