Ingredients for the crust:
3 cups of all-purpose flour sifted
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter at room temperature
1 can of heavy cream without serum
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
2 1/2 tablespoons of grated coconut
For the filling:
1 guava, sliced
1 package of culinary whipping cream
To glaze:
1 egg beaten with a fork
Also needed:
1 mixing bowl
1 rolling pin
1 cookie cutter
1 25 cm diameter tart pan
1 culinary brush
Beforehand:
Preheat the oven to 180o C and let it warm up.

Beforehand:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the dough is homogeneous and smooth
On a floured surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin
Liner the tart pan with the dough and set aside any remaining dough
Filling:
Place guava slices on the dough, leaving space between them as if they were clock numbers
Add coconut cream in the spaces
Do another layer by placing guava slices on top of the cream and the cream on top of the guava
Use any remaining dough to cut out shapes with a cookie cutter
Place these shapes on top of the filling to decorate the tart
Glaze:
Baste the shapes with beaten egg
Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
