5 eggs
10 tablespoons of sugar
9 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of melted chocolate
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
Filling:
1 1/2 cups of whipped cream
150g of chocolate coating
2 tablespoons of white gelatin
4 tablespoons of water
3 whole bananas (optional)

Filling:
1 1/2 cups of whipped cream
150g of chocolate coating

Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar
Beat well
Gradually add yolks and beat well
Sift remaining ingredients and gently mix with the previous mixture
Grease a 30 cm x 45 cm baking pan and dust with flour
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for approximately 20 minutes
Remove from oven and demold onto a floured cloth
Roll up tightly, applying gentle pressure with the cloth
Unroll, let cool, and fill
For the filling: whip cream until stiff and set aside
Melt chocolate in a double boiler and mix with whipped cream
Mix well
Mix gelatin with water and cook over low heat until dissolved
Let cool slightly and mix with whipped cream and chocolate
Place filling on one half of the rocambole, lengthwise
If desired, add sliced bananas and roll up only twice
Decorate with chocolate.
