4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups whole milk
2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 cup candied fruits
1/2 cup black raisins
1/2 cup white raisins
1/4 cup brandy

Beat the egg yolks with the flour and butter until smooth
Add the milk and flour, alternating and mixing well
Beat the egg whites until stiff with the salt and yeast, then add
Fold into the mixture and mix delicately
Add the candied fruits, black raisins, white raisins, and brandy, and mix slowly
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake in a medium preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes
Let cool before wrapping.
