2 cups of skimmed milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons (each) of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons (each) of vanilla
1 tablespoon (each) of cinnamon

Scald the milk (let it come almost to a boil)
Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and vanilla
Add the warm milk and mix well
Pour into 5 individual molds and sprinkle with cinnamon
Place in a water bath oven
The hot water should reach about 1 cm from the top of the molds
Bake at a low heat for approximately 1 hour, until inserting a knife into the center comes out clean
Let cool, refrigerate until serving time
Serve 5 portions.
