Melted butter to grease

2 tablespoons of sugar
A 1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine
One well-beaten egg
3 tablespoons of milk
1 cup of guava, cut into 1 cm cubes
2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of orange zest

Preheat the oven to medium (180°C)
Grease a 19.5 cm x 29 cm cake pan with butter
Set aside
On a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, yeast, and sugar
Add in the melted butter or margarine, beating well
Mix the egg with milk and add it to the mixture
Mix well until firm
Spoon the batter into the cake pan and top with guava cubes
Ganache with the melted butter or margarine
Mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest, and sprinkle over the batter
Bake for 35 minutes
Serve warm.
