Hull the strawberries and set some aside for decoration

Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until it forms stiff peaks
Pour into a ziplock bag

Place one meringue cookie on a plate and spread a layer of whipped cream on top, forming circles
Place some chopped strawberries on top of the whipped cream

Repeat the process, alternating layers until all ingredients are used up
Finish with whipped cream and whole strawberries reserved.
