4 teaspoons of active dry yeast

1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves

Mix the coffee, sugar, cocoa powder, and raisins in a saucepan
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
Let it cool and set aside
In another bowl, cream the remaining sugar with the butter until smooth
Add the vanilla extract and whole eggs
Mix well
Alternate adding the dry ingredients to the wet mixture
Pour into a greased pan, dust with flour, and bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour
To make the frosting, cook 1 can of condensed milk over low heat or in a pressure cooker for about 40 minutes
Mix with 2 tablespoons of butter and 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
Let it cool slightly, then spread over the cake.
