For the foundation and sides of a 23 x 12 x 7.5 cm rectangular mold, line with double-layered parchment paper; grease the paper
Sift together flour, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl; add nuts, raisins, cherries, and chocolate pieces
Beat eggs in a medium bowl; gradually add milk while beating continuously
Pour over the nut and fruit mixture and mix well
Pour into the prepared mold
Bake in a slow oven for 1 1/2 hours or until, inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Allow to cool completely before loosening the sides; remove from mold
