1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of chopped tomato
1 cup of milk
Salt to taste

Melt half the butter and sauté the onion
Add the shredded corn and cook for three minutes
Add cold water to cover and season with salt
Cook until the corn is tender
Transfer to a bowl
And add the beaten egg, all-purpose flour, remaining butter, grated cheese, parsley, tomato, and salt
Mix well
Add milk gradually
Mix and pour into an oiled and floured mold
Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden brown
