1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Beta well in a blender or food processor the flour, yeast, onion, garlic, butter, milk, salt, and black pepper
2 Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the diced green bell pepper, and mix with a spoon
3 Arrange the red bell pepper strips at the bottom of a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking dish
Season the sweet potatoes with salt and black pepper, and distribute them on top of the bell peppers
4 Spread the creme over the sweet potatoes and bake in the preheated oven
Serve warm or chilled.
