Strawberry Truffles

Wash the strawberries well, remove the stems and place them on paper towels to absorb excess water

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the heavy cream and stir until a smooth paste forms

If necessary, add more heavy cream

Mold small balls and flatten them slightly with your palm

Wrap each strawberry with the prepared cream mixture

Place them on wax paper and let them air dry for about 15 minutes

Melt the milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate according to the package instructions

With the help of a fork, dip the truffles into the melted chocolate

Refrigerate until set.
