1 cup (chopped) of pecans
300g Whole Milk Chocolate for coating

Wash and dry the strawberries. Reserve
In a saucepan, add enough water to cover the can of sweetened condensed milk
Cover the saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat for 40 minutes after starting
Turn off the heat, let the pressure release, remove the can from the saucepan and let it cool completely before opening
In a bowl, mix together the condensed milk and pecans
Wrap each strawberry in the mixture, forming a ball
Let it sit in the freezer
Melt the chocolate according to the packaging instructions
Remove the balls from the freezer, coat with the melted chocolate, and place on parchment paper to dry
Serve immediately.
