40 pecans (or so)
1 can of condensed milk
200g of medium-dark chocolate (1 tablet)
3 tablespoons of grated beeswax

200g of medium-dark chocolate (1 tablet)
3 tablespoons of grated beeswax
Toast the pecans slightly and reserve
Heat the condensed milk over low heat until it's detached from the bottom of the pan
When cool and sweet, envelop the toasted pecans with the milk
Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the grated beeswax
Once everything is dissolved, dip the wrapped pecans into the milk
One by one, place them on an oiled marble slab to dry
Wrap each piece in wax paper
Make about 40 bonbons.
