1 ball of cream ice cream

Melt the butter in a small skillet over low heat
Add the banana and sprinkle with brown sugar
Stir carefully until the brown sugar caramelizes slightly and the banana is golden
Heat the whiskey in a warm cup over a candle flame for a moment until it lights on fire
Pour over the ice cream and serve immediately
Let it sit for a while
