1/2 kg of grouper cut into pieces
1/2 kg of beef cut into pieces
1/2 kg of cod cut into pieces
1/2 kg of mussels, scrubbed and cleaned
1/2 kg of squid rings
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
4 medium-sized tomato halves
1 medium-sized carrot, peeled and chopped
1 piece of leek-por-3, peeled and chopped
5 tablespoons of white wine
2 liters of water
1 bay leaf
1 sprig of thyme
1 teaspoon of paprika
2 teaspoons of chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste

Fry the onions and garlic in the hot olive oil
Add the tomato, carrot, leek-por-3, white wine, water, bay leaf, thyme, and paprika
Stir well
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Cook over low heat for 40 minutes
Add the fish and cook for an additional 10 minutes
Add the squid and mussels, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes
Correct the seasoning, if desired, and add a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
