1 cup of fresh spinach leaves, whole

Season the cod fillets with salt and place them in a refractory form
Chop the spinach leaves well
Beat the butter or margarine with a wooden spoon, mix in the chopped spinach leaves and lemon juice
Mix well to make a homogeneous paste
Scoop this paste over the cod fillets and cover the refractory form with aluminum foil
Bake for 20 minutes in a moderate oven (180°C)
Serve hot
