4 cod fillets
2 tablespoons of fresh or dried parsley, chopped
salt to taste
1 grated carrot
1 mashed garlic clove
4 cod fillets

Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces and season with parsley and salt
Set aside
Mix the carrot and garlic together and season with salt to taste
Mix well
Cook the cod in a steamer until it's tender
Place the cooked cod in a serving dish, cover with the carrot mixture
Cover and refrigerate at the time of serving
Serves 2-4 people.
