Place the powder in a pressure cooker and cover with 1-2 liters of water

Bring to medium heat and let it start to simmer

Add the pimenta, cooked rice, and reserved cooking liquid from the powder
Mix well and season with salt
Cook for five minutes or until heated through and the liquid has slightly thickened
Remove from heat and add chopped green scallions
Mix well and serve immediately.
