Ingredients: Prepare a puff pastry dough. Roll it out long and thin. Cut off the edges to make them straight. Cut in half. Place on a baking sheet. Poke evenly. Bake in a hot oven. Let cool. Place over one of the pastry pieces 1 glass of whipped cream mixed with 5 tablespoons of your preferred gelato. Cover with the second piece of pastry. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Cut into 6 slices and serve.
