150g of prosciutto, cubed or sliced

200g of mozzarella cheese, grated coarse

Prepare the polenta
Spread the polenta in a large pizza dish greased with olive oil
Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil or vegetable oil with the green bell pepper until tender
Add the prosciutto
Spread tomato paste over the polenta
Top with chopped onion, green bell pepper, and prosciutto
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and oregano
Arrange black olives on top and bake in a preheated oven at moderate temperature (180°C) until the cheese is melted
