Cut the fish into thin strips
In one part, mix potato starch with water and soy sauce, and place the fish in that paste
Chop the onion and bamboo into slices, combine the mushrooms and fry this mixture in hot oil for a few minutes, stirring always
Remove the frying pan from the heat
Separately, fry the fish strips
Then drizzle, over the fish, the water where the mushrooms were marinated, as well as the onion, bamboo, and mushroom mixture
Season everything with salt and soy sauce.
