1 kg of medium-sized shrimp
Olive oil for seasoning (1 tablespoon)
1 medium-sized lemon juice
1 teaspoon of oregano
Salt to taste
A pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 large onion
1 and a half cups of ketchup
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of Porto wine
1 bay leaf
250 g (1 jar) of heavy cream
1 kg of medium-sized shrimp

Rinse the shrimp and season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano, lemon juice, bay leaf, and Porto wine
Let it sit for approximately 2 hours
Cut or chop the onion and fry in butter or margarine until golden brown
Add the shrimp to the pan along with all the seasonings
Simmer and let it cook slowly, then add ketchup and reduce heat
Let the shrimp cook through
Finally, add heavy cream and serve alongside rice.
