12 oz chicken breast cut into 6 slices

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30 g) seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste

For the sauce:
2 slices of bread, torn into pieces
1 cup shredded cheese, cut into small pieces (200 g)
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 cup milk (240 ml)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 400°F (quente)
Butter a medium baking dish and reserve
Season the chicken with garlic and salt
Dredge in flour and place in prepared baking dish
Pour melted butter over the chicken and bake, basting occasionally, until cooked through (about 20 minutes)
Prepare the sauce: blend bread, cheese, and paprika in a blender
In a pan, warm milk with butter and salt; blend until smooth
Arrange the chicken on a serving plate and cover with the sauce
Serve hot
