1 can of condensed milk
The same amount of whole milk
2 tablespoons of milk cream
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter or margarine
7 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips
Granulated chocolate for decorating the fudge

Place in a deep saucepan the condensed milk, whole milk, milk cream, margarine and dark chocolate chips
Cook over medium heat and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan
Let it cool down quite a bit
Grease your hands with butter, shape into balls and coat in granulated chocolate
If preferred, the fudge can be eaten with a spoon.
