Preheat the oven to 350°F
Grease a baking dish or form and dust with flour, 21 cm in diameter. Reserve
Dissolve the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth
Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes
Add the sugar and vanilla extract
Mix well
Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth
Add the flour and salt
Whisk
Pour into the prepared baking dish or form
Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a bowl, mix with a fork the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and grated orange zest to form a light mixture
Add the egg and all-purpose flour
Mix well
Pour over the chocolate mixture and use a knife to gently fold the two together
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let cool completely in the pan, cut into portions and serve
