2 large eggs, beaten lightly

1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
Grease a 18 x 25.5 cm baking dish
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt
Beat the butter or margarine with the sugar until well combined, then add the eggs and vanilla extract
Beat again
Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring well
Add the chopped nuts
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish
Smooth the surface
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes
Cut into squares and serve with Creamy Ice Cream.
