Preheat the oven to 350°F
Grease a 20x20 cm baking dish with canola oil and dust with 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Spread the flour on the bottom and sides of the dish
Remove excess flour
In a medium bowl, sift together the flours, sugars, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt
In another large bowl, combine the melted chocolate and canola oil
Add the yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract
Beat well
Gradually add the dry ingredients while beating until all white streaks disappear
Transfer to the prepared baking dish
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let it cool in the oven
Turn out of the pan and cut into 20 pieces.
