1 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of chopped nuts
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 large egg whites

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature
Lining the baking dish with parchment paper
Beta-test the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form
Next, add the salt and vanilla extract
Add the flour and cocoa powder sifted together
Mix well, place in the baking dish, and sprinkle chopped nuts on top
Bake for 30 minutes or until the mixture is loose from the side of the baking dish
Remove from oven and let cool
Cut into pieces and serve.
