1/2 pound of sausages, chopped or sliced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of fat
1/4 cup of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of chopped pickled sausage
1/2 cup of grated cheese
12 small pieces of sausage roll

Brown the sausages and onion in fat
Remove from heat
Combine flour, seasonings, ketchup, water, and pickled sausage
Cook for 5 minutes or until the sausage is cooked, stirring constantly
Add the cheese
Heat until the cheese melts
Remove from heat
Remove a little bit of the filling from each piece
Fill each piece with the sausage and cheese mixture
Wrap each piece in aluminum foil, closing the ends tightly
About 10-15 minutes before serving, bake in a moderate oven.
