Melted butter (for greasing)
300g ground beef (beef patties or round cuts)

1 medium onion (100g) finely chopped

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30g)

3 large banana prata (300g)
1 spoonful prepared mustard

1/4 cup chopped green pepper (35g)
1/3 cup chopped red pepper (45g)
2 medium tomatoes (240g), peeled and seeded, finely chopped
2 cups raw cassava flour (320g)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion (40g)
2 spoonfuls vinegar
1/3 cup water (80ml)
2 spoonfuls olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Cut two squares of aluminum foil, 55cm each, place them together, grease with butter and reserve
In a medium bowl, combine the beef, sausage, onion, egg, flour, and salt
Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture
Place this meat mixture over the reserved aluminum foil and shape it into a rectangle 25cm x 20cm
Makes the filling: arrange the bananas in the center of the meat rectangle, one on top of the other, and brush with mustard
Wrap the bananas with the beef mixture, forming a roll
Wrap in aluminum foil
Place in a medium baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes
Open the package and brush the meat with butter
Continue baking with the open package until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
Makes the water crackers: while this is happening, in a large skillet, combine both types of peppers, tomato, cassava flour, and onion
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until you get a homogeneous mixture (approximately 2 minutes)
Add vinegar, water, and olive oil, and mix quickly
Season with salt
Remove from the heat
Transfer the beef roll to a serving dish, remove the aluminum foil, and around it, distribute the water crackers
Serve immediately
