1 cup (3 cups) of milk
1 and 1/2 cups (6 cups) of wheat flour

4 tablespoons of olive oil

250g of ground beef
1 can of tomato extract
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 finely chopped onion

Flour:
Mix the milk, wheat flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt in a liquidizer
In a non-stick skillet, put a little of the batter and fry one at a time
Stuffing:
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until golden brown
Add the beef, salt, and cook until well done
In another pan, heat the tomato extract and season to taste
Assembling
Stuff the crepes, roll them up, and place them on a platter
Spread the sauce
Bake in the oven until bubbly
Serve immediately
