Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter
Mix 3 cups of flour, sugar, and yeast, making a depression in the center
Separate the egg whites and yolks from one of the eggs
Reserve the whites
Add the yolk, remaining egg, warm water, and oil to the dry ingredients mixture
Mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until the dough is smooth
Turn the dough onto a floured surface, add the remaining flour, and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic
Remove a ball of dough and place it in a cup with water
Place the remaining dough in a bowl and let it rest until the ball in the cup floats
Divide the dough into 16 pieces
Form balls and arrange them side by side in a greased cake pan
Beat the reserved egg whites until foamy
Brush the dough with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Let it rest in a protected place until it grows and doubles in volume (about 30 minutes)
Preheat the oven to 350°F, moderate heat
Bake for 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown
Let it cool on a wire rack, preferably
