In a large skillet, melt the butter and fry the beef and chicken
Add the scallions, lettuce, carrots, bell peppers, and stir-fry for five minutes, stirring occasionally
In a bowl, whisk together the water, soy sauce, sake, rice vinegar, and dissolve the cornstarch
Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir until it thickens
Add the noodles and toss everything together delicately
Serve immediately.
