[1 cup] of warm milk
[1/3 cup] of sugar
[1/4 cup] of butter
[2 teaspoons] of salt
[2 tablets] of fresh biological yeast (30g)

In a blender, combine the yeast, milk, sugar, half a cup of flour, and butter
Blend until smooth
Transfer the mixture to a bowl
Add the remaining flour and salt
Mix well
Knead the dough thoroughly until it becomes smooth
Form into balls about 3 cm in diameter and place them on an ungreased baking sheet
Cover with a cloth and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in a warm place (see tip on page 80)
Heat the oven to a high temperature
With scissors, make crosscuts on each morsel
Bake for 35 minutes or until the underside is golden brown.
