Sift the flour onto a work surface
Make a well in the center and place the egg, butter or margarine, milk, lime juice, and salt
Mix them together gradually with the flour until the dough comes away from the surface and is smooth and pliable
Place the dough in a container, cover it, and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours
Using a rolling pin, carefully roll out the dough onto a floured work surface, shaping it into a rectangle approximately 25 x 55 cm
