Mix well, stirring constantly until the gelatin and broth dissolve
Remove from heat
Add the yogurt and mix well
If necessary, pass through a blender
Refrigerate until it thickens slightly
Combine the chicken, onion, ricotta, green pepper, and scallion
Mix very well
Pour into a mold and refrigerate until firm
Unmold over lettuce leaves.
