Cook the cassava until it becomes very soft
When ready, remove the water and pass it through a grinder twice
Then put the mashed cassava in a bowl, adding all other ingredients
Mix everything until it reaches the right consistency for forming balls
If needed, add a bit more flour
Make balls with the dough
Fry the balls in hot oil and gentle heat
Remove the balls with a skimmer and drain them on paper towels
