In a blender, combine 1 cup of chicken broth, the flour, butter, snails, and onion
Blend until smooth, then stop the blender and scrape down the sides
Pour the mixture into a pot, add the remaining broth, and bring to a simmer
Let it cook slowly for a few minutes
Add the milk and bring to a simmer again
Garnish with crispy cooked bacon
Serves 4-6 people.
