2 tablespoons of butter,

1/2 pound ground beef,
1 small can of tomato sauce,
1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
1 can of cream of milk,
1 liter of boiling water,

1 package of fusilli-type pasta,
300g grated mozzarella in a coarse grater

Melt the butter in a pressure cooker and sauté the minced garlic and onion until they soften
Add the ground beef and stir until it starts to brown
Add the tomato sauce and stir
Dissolve the baking powder in the cream of milk and add it to the cooker
Combine the boiling water, salt, and pasta, then stir slowly
Cover the cooker and cook for three minutes
Release the pressure and wait for it to stop
Open the cooker and transfer the contents to a greased refrigerator with half the pasta
Cover it with half of the mozzarella and spread the remaining pasta on top
Finish with the remaining mozzarella and serve under the broiler.
