500g of fettuccine
Salt to taste
1/2 cup butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
300g of shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and cut into strips
1 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup chopped green shallots
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
500g of fettuccine

Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion for two minutes, stirring constantly
Add the mushrooms, peas, white wine, and cook for 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender
Add the green shallots, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce
Season with salt
Drain the fettuccine and combine with the mushroom sauce
Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
