Preheat the oven to high temperature
Grease the baking ring with butter
Pulse together the flour, active dry yeast, and salt in a bowl
Add the cumin, corn, onion, cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, and eggs
Set aside
Mix the milk and melted butter into the egg mixture
Combine with the reserved ingredients and mix well
Place in the baking ring
Bake for about 1 hour or until golden brown
Let cool and serve
If desired, decorate with black olives
