In a food processor, blend the salmon until it forms a paste
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Brush a flat surface with olive oil and place a cookie cutter on top of it
Place one-quarter of the mixture into the cutter and press down
Repeat the process with the remaining portions
Heat a grill pan over high heat
Lightly brush with olive oil and reduce heat to medium
Fry the burgers for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown
Serve immediately.
